Sit back, relax, and let’s make a Turkish pasta together 😌 I’m using a vegan based mince made with walnuts and lentils because we don’t do beef around here 🤝 #cooking #pasta #foodtok

Carrot cake baked oats are gonna be your new fave breakfast meal prep 🥕 They’re packed with fibre, deliciously sweet and perfect for a healthy breakfast all week long! - 2 bananas, mashed - 1.5 cup oats - 1 carrot, grated - 2 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp ginger - 1/2 tsp nutmeg - 1 tsp baking powder - pinch of salt - 2 tbsp agave syrup - 2 tbsp flaxseed - 2 cups plant milk - 1/4 raisins, finely chopped (or dates) - 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (I used pecan + walnut) For the vanilla yoghurt frosting: - 400g soya yoghurt - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then add the oats, grated carrot, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, agave syrup, flaxseed and plant milk. Stir until everything is evenly combined, then fold in the chopped raisins and nuts. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the oven at 180C for 30-35 min, until the top is lightly golden and the mixture is set. Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. For the vanilla yoghurt, add the soya yoghurt with the vanilla protein powder into a small bowl and mix until smooth and creamy. Once the baked oats are slightly cool, spread the protein yoghurt over in an even layer and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cut into equal sized slices. Serve warm or chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a few days. #bakedoats #carrotcake #easyrecipe #breakfast #healthymeals
