Autumn is here, and so is my homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte For the espresso, I used some delicious coffee beans, freshly ground with my @Niche Coffee Niche Zero, of course Homemade Pumpkin Spice Sauce: - 1 butternut squash - 1 al brown sugar - 1 tbsp cinnamon - 1 tsp ginger - ½ tsp nutmeg - ¼ tsp cloves 1) Bake the squash at 190°C for 40-50 minutes. 2) Scoop out the flesh and blend until smooth. 3) Add the purée, sugar and spices to a saucepan. 4) Cook over low heat, stirring regularly, until thickened. 5) Add the sauce to your cup, pour in the espresso and finish with steamed milk. coffee station reset ✨ Here's how I deep clean my Lelit espresso machine using @catettoglobal products💚 Step by step: 1. Fill your water tank 2. Insert blind basket + add one cleaning packet 3. Backflush: lever down → 10 sec → repeat ×10 4. Rinse cycle x5 without cleaner 5. Let the baskets + portafilter sit for 15 min 6. Brush off coffee residue 7. Steam wand: 500ml cold water + one cleaning packet → steam x10 How often do you clean your espresso machine? For my Lelit, I do it weekly #coffeeathome #cleantok #reset #homebarista #lelit
