“I think I’m hypermobile…but I’ve never been diagnosed.” I hear this ALL the time. 💚 And while getting an accurate diagnosis can be incredibly valuable — for understanding your body, guiding medical care, and sometimes finally making sense of things you’ve experienced for years — you don’t need to wait for a diagnosis to start paying attention to your body. You can start noticing: → Where am I gripping or bracing? → How am I breathing? → Do I feel supported in this position? → Can I control this movement? → Am I pushing through pain or fatigue? → What happens when I slow down and actually listen? None of those questions require a diagnosis. And you don’t have to have EDS — or even be hypermobile — to benefit from learning how to create more awareness, support, stability and strength in your body. That’s what I teach inside the HyperStrong Method™. We’re not chasing perfect posture or trying to force your body to move like someone else’s. We’re learning YOUR body. Awareness → Support → Stability → Strength. If you’ve been watching my videos thinking, “This sounds like me…but I don’t know if HyperStrong is for me,” come learn more. 💚 HyperStrong Method™ 🔗 Link in my bio You don’t need another label before you’re allowed to start working WITH your body. #HyperStrong #Hypermobility #EDS #ChronicPain #BodyAwareness

What if trying to have “better posture” actually makes you hurt MORE? 👀 Sometimes the problem isn’t that you haven’t found the “right” position. It’s how much EFFORT you’re using to hold yourself there. Pulling your shoulders back. Holding your chest up. Tucking your pelvis. Bracing your core. Trying to keep your head in exactly the “right” place. You may have changed your position…but added a whole lot of muscular tension to maintain it. Instead of asking: “Am I in the correct position?” Try asking: “Can I feel more SUPPORTED here with LESS effort?” Maybe the adjustment needs to be smaller. Maybe something can soften. Maybe you need more support. Maybe your body needs time to explore a different position rather than being forced into it. This is a big part of what I teach in the HyperStrong Method™. We don't start by forcing the body into some idea of “correct.” We build awareness → support → stability → strength, so you can learn to work WITH your body instead of constantly fighting against it. If this approach makes sense to you and you want to learn more about HyperStrong™, visit the link in my bio. 💚 The goal isn't perfect posture. It's a body that feels supported enough to LIVE your life. #HyperStrong #Hypermobility #EDS #ChronicPain #BodyAwareness

“I’m still working on regulating my nervous system…” GOOD. So am I. 💚 One of the most misleading ideas I hear about nervous system regulation is that it’s somewhere we’re eventually supposed to arrive. As if one day we’ll finally be “regulated” and stay that way. That isn’t the goal. Your nervous system is designed to respond to what’s happening around you. Stress happens. Pain happens. We get overwhelmed. We don't sleep well. We get scared, excited, frustrated, exhausted. Life happens. Nervous system regulation is learning to recognize those shifts. What does a more regulated state feel like in YOUR body? What does it feel like when you begin moving away from that baseline? And what tools help you find your way back? Maybe it’s breath. Movement. Grounding. Rest. Connection. Mindfulness. The more we practice, the better we can become at noticing what’s happening and responding to what our body needs. This is what I mean when I talk about nervous system regulation in HyperStrong™. The goal isn't to never become dysregulated. It’s to build awareness, develop tools and become more capable of finding your way back. Regulation isn't something you achieve. It’s something you practice. 💚 What helps YOU find your way back? #NervousSystemRegulation #HyperStrong #Hypermobility #EDS #BodyAwareness
