Lately I'm struggling a lot with this incoherence of my symptoms and I really just want to cut ties with everyone, but I can't and I'm pro recovery, so I still won't allow me to do so. 🔹I'm actually capable of having stable relationships and I have a bf and friends, I didn't talk about them because it makes the topic even more complex. I also chose to study for a job that is literally rooted in relationships (psychotherapist) and I already talk about these contradictions in therapy, but here it's too difficult to explain. ⚠️ Keep in mind that I probably don't have just NPD, so my need for loneliness can be better explained by others symptoms not strictly related to NPD, but I can't investigate it without an additional diagnosis, so I just talked about how NPD negatively affected my extreme introversion. #MentalHealth #npd #npdawareness #loneliness #lonely

: ho sentito il bisogno di fare questo video soprattutto da quando faccio video parlati che raggiungono un pubblico italiano. Qui in Italia l'approccio a questo disturbo è veramente rigido e difficile da modificare, infatti molti interpretano i miei video nel modo peggiore possibile, mentre altri confermano che il messaggio che voglio trasmettere arriva correttamente. Here in Italy, the approach to this disorder is very rigid and hard to change; indeed many interpret my videos in the worst possible way, but others confirm that the message I want to convey comes across clearly.
