The 3 worst things you can tell a hitter ❌ 1. "Squish the bug" — traps your weight on the back side instead of driving through the ball. 2. "Keep your hands close to you" — jams the hitter up with no extension and no power. 3. "Elbow up" — locks the shoulders and kills the natural load. If you've heard all three, you've been coached by everybody 😅 Share this with a parent or coach who still says these 📲 Which one did YOU grow up hearing? 👇 #baseball #hittingdrills #hittingtips #baseballcoach #youthbaseball

The tee can be a great tool to work on your swing! You must use it correctly! The biggest thing I notice with hitters is swinging with no intent! That will translate to the field! The tee is to work on your SWING! Feel the feedback, understand what you’re doing wrong and apply the adjustment as you swing! Consistency on the tee is key! Share with a player that needs to hear this📲 #baseball #hittingdrills #hittingtips
