"Keep your hands close to you" — jams the hitter up with no extension and no power. 3. "Elbow up" — locks the shoulders and kills the natural load. The tee is to work on your SWING! Feel the feedback, understand what you’re doing wrong and apply the adjustment as you swing! Consistency on the tee is key!
