❄️🔧 WHEN REPAIR AFTER REPAIR IS NO LONGER THE SOLUTION! 🧊 This cold room had been running on a Bitzer Mark 3 compressor, but the system had reached a point where a complete overhaul was necessary. The compressor was leaking and had suffered mechanical damage. It was making abnormal noises while running — clear signs that something was seriously wrong. 🔊⚠️ The evaporator coil had also gone for a very long time without proper servicing and had undergone multiple repairs over the years. At that point, continuing with patchwork repairs was no longer the best solution. So we decided to do it properly. 👷🏾‍♂️🔧 🔩 We replaced: ✅ Bitzer condensing unit ✅ Evaporator coil ✅ Control panel ✅ Refrigeration piping ✅ Refrigeration connections and components Then we carried out pressure testing, leak testing, proper vacuuming, refrigerant charging and commissioning to make sure the system was operating correctly. ❄️📊 💡 Lesson: Sometimes continuous repairs only keep an old system alive for a little longer. When major components are damaged, heavily repaired or neglected, a proper system overhaul can be the better investment. Don't just repair the symptom. Find the cause.
