it's 2025, we can study and work from the garden, get woken up by our bread baking robots that run off energy from the sun, upcycle sheets and curtains into new outfits, shop local, support community theatre, and get our books, toys, and seeds from the library. we have the future we've always dreamed of, we just need to prioritise it. sometimes that means music festivals, no-buys, and stay-homes. sometimes it means making the best choice you can at the shops available to you. #solarpunk #softlife #hobbitcore #cottagecore #countrylife

I have been so out of it the last couple years. I am forever thankful for my whimsical life in our tiny home high up on a hill... but having every other aspect of our lives get harder because of individualism and greed has been rouuughhh. I really need to prioritise art and working on the future I want to see but I feel like I have all my fingers and toes plugging holes in the levee and if I pull them out to get my hands back, things will get worse.. but I also need my hands, especially if I want to make bigger fixes. maybe even do a little sewing or baking again, a girl can dream. #solarpunk #cottagecore #homestead
