Replying to @godking If you’re just a regular worker at an all male startup this is not about you btw it’s about the ppl at the top making decisions!! #tech #startups #womenintech #womeninstem #worklifebalance

It especially hit really hard because I’m feeling extra isolated and powerless in the tech industry at the moment. It was just very comforting to see that this is a struggle that all latines have across all industries, given that this country is actively trying to push us out. Apparently the show is doing not so well financially so please go watch it! #realwomenhavecurves #broadwaymusicals #broadway #newyorkcity #nyc #realwomenhavecurvesmusical #latinx #latine #latinosinamerica

#stitch with @dotisinfluencing I’m so sorry this happened this is truly awful and discouraging 😔 50-56% of women in tech leave by age 35, partly bc there’s so many shady people in this industry. I’m still here because I love the flexibility at the pay. But damn, it’s especially hard for reasons that some people will never be able to relate to. #softwareengineer #womeninstem #womenintech #techindustry #techjobs
