Do you live in rural Minnesota and need your CDL, but don’t want to make multiple trips to the Twin Cities? For experienced drivers traveling long distances or working with limited time off, we offer the option to “double up” your training by completing two training sessions in ONE day instead of spreading them across two days. For example, a $1,980 driver may have a schedule like: Day 1: 6:30 AM–9:30 AM + 11:30 AM–2:30 PM Day 2: 2-hour CDL exam at the DMV Less time traveling. Fewer hotel nights. Less money spent on fuel. Fewer days requested off work. Complete your training on Day 1 and, when scheduling allows, test at a Minnesota DMV on Day 2. IMPORTANT: This program is ONLY designed for highly skilled, advanced drivers with extensive experience, knowledge, and ability within the CMV industry. If you have never shifted a manual transmission or backed a trailer before, this program is NOT for you. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all CDL training. We use equipment that matches the careers most of our students are pursuing. The majority of our students don’t end up going OTR. They’re driving dump trucks, concrete mixers, landscaping trucks, utility trucks, and local equipment where synchronized manuals or automatics are extremely common.
