This is my first attempt at creating a fully narrative short film. I have made promotional videos for box games on TikTok and MVP style videos, but I have never created anything quite like Two Steps. I made this film for an AI filmmaking challenge with one simple goal: to make the viewer feel something. It is a wordless story, so everything depends on the visuals, character performance, camera placement, lighting, pacing, music and sound design. I am not going to reveal the emotion I had in mind. I would rather hear your honest reaction first. What emotions did you feel while watching Two Steps? Did those feelings change as the story unfolded? Please share your reaction in the comments before reading what everyone else felt. Thank you to everyone who has inspired me, especially @Joe B 🍚 and @🎩The Count🛡, who have generously shared their knowledge and helped me learn along the way. #aifilmmaking #aishortfilm #emotions #visualstorytelling #fyp
