Red Shoulder Hawk found something interesting in the back yard today and was going to town trying to catch it. He/she would then jump up to the fence, rest and then fly back down and start digging again. At one point one of the gray squirrels got some hubris and sat within munching distance and just chilled with the hawk. My flabbers were gasted for sure. 😂#centralflorida #redshoulderedhawk #saturdayafternoon

This rain couldn’t have come at a better time. We’ve needed it so badly. Hasn’t been super heavy downpours just a steady rain with the occasional wind and natures fireworks across the sky. Screenshot courtesy of the WeatherFront app. #centralflorida #rainstorm #drought #weatherfront

We need the rain so no complaints about that, it’s the lightning strikes that are so close. One was just down the street at a friend’s house. We went from a real feel of 104° to 80° real quick. Screenshot courtesy of @MyRadar #centralflorida #thunderstorm #lightning
