🔥Don’t ever stop stoking your flame🔥 What seems peaceful from the outside can often take days of intensive labor, constant vigilance, exposure to intense heat, a team of people stoking flames around the clock, and the result is unpredictable. Even still, the work leads to a great reward💕 #anagamakiln #ceramics #foryou #fire #clayart

Do I need to edit this? Tbh I’m hoping the algorithm can figure out how to send this video to anyone who is interested in handmade ceramics, Japanese anagama kilns, atmospheric firings, supporting small artists, praying to the kiln gods, big pots, art processes, ancient art techniques, fire, Japanese anthropology, wonky imperfect ceramics, natural clay, art, craft, and learning with friends! ❤️🔥

Had the amazing opportunity to fire my work in an anagama kiln in Japan with an amazing group of potters. Can’t wait to show you all what I made! You can see a few pieces of mine mixed in here 😉 #anagamakiln #pottery #japanpottery #foryou #ceramics
