Carrot Cake banana bread 🍌🥕✨ Ingredients: • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour (210g) • 1 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • 1 tbsp cinnamon • ½ tsp nutmeg • ½ cup brown sugar (100g) • ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) • ½ cup salted butter, browned (113g before browning) • 1 room-temperature egg • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (220g) • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (60g) • 1 tbsp vanilla paste • ¾ cup finely shredded carrots (75g) Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; separately whisk mashed bananas, cooled brown butter, sugars, egg, yogurt and vanilla. Fold the dry ingredients and carrots into the wet mixture, pour into a lined loaf pan and bake at 375°F until a toothpick comes out clean; cool completely before frosting. #baking #bananabread #carrotcake #cakerecipe
