At match start our random squad mate tells us he will dance on "our dead bodies", little did we know he was actually telling the truth. Turns out he was teaming with another squad via discord, telling them extactly where we were. By the time we noticed it was too late, you can see him "AgenT_0007 run right past the enemy and then dance on our bodies in the end. Decided to get fit again, and of course the most crucial aspect is what you eat. I’m constantly sitting in front of a screen and have a tendency to code until I can’t go on anymore, when I finally get up hunger hits me violently and I run to the fridge and grab the first thing I can find, usually bread and cheese or something simple and fast. To avoid this I’ve prepared at least 3 proteins, some sauces and salsas to go along with any quick carb, salad or broccoli 🥦 to make a quick meal and still eat healthy. I plan on doing this at least 2 times a week hoping to drop 15 pounds. Any coaches or Healy gurus feel free to chime in, I’m desperate to lose the extra pounds. #heakthyfood #weightloss #getfit

First things first; there are different brands of Black. But the “black” from the USA has completely taken over the concept and distorted it, if you are FBA then this is something you already know, you’ve overcome this and is not for you. 1. American blackness No one on earth leads with race, they lead with nationality. Only in the USA where our brothers were denied being members of the human family and had to amend their constitution to allow them in, only there in the US is that a thing. Only in the US was skin color a political denominator that determined what you ate, where you lived and what bathrooms you could use. 2. Are Dominicans black? Now, are we Dominicans classified as Black under the Euro-concept of race? Yes, absolutely we are. Does it make us racist if we don’t lead with it like Black Americans do? Well.. you be the judge. Are Chinese running around calling themselves yellow? Are they racist for not doing so? 3. Birthright The harsh reality is that all of us have a country of our own where we are naturally members of society since birth, and our membership is automatic either by blood “Jus sanguinus” or soil “Jus solis”, but our brothers in the US still struggle with this part because it wasn’t always like this for them, and they lead with that division, and they wholeheartedly think we should all feel the same. 4. Dominican delusion Are some Dominicans delusional for thinking that European blood makes them white? Yes, they’re ignorant of the fact that to Europeans “American” one drop of “black” blood makes us all Black. 5. Why don’t we embrace our blackness? It’s in our food, our music, our fashion, our language. It doesn’t need a label, it doesn’t need protecting because we were always accepted as we are from the founding of the nation. 6. But it’s just a word why not say it? Unfortunately, embracing blackness as a label is very hard because it all comes with that US flavored ignorance and we’re not all alike, and anyone who tries to distance themselves from it is classified as “racist” by the American brand of blacks. All of us in the islands are categorically black according the the Euro-concept of race, but Jamaicans, Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Trinis etc are all very different from the US brand. And this is ok. Why do I emphasize the Euro-concept? Because if all life came from Africa then it is a stupid concept that was only created to steal our birthrights from all of us. * I typed this on my phone, there will be errors 🙏🏼.
