The painting became a tapestry just like magick 🌛✨🎨 This tapestry design is all about the healing plants that can be found on our beautiful earth. It contains 22 medicinal species that are used in herbal medicine to aid with a whole load of different illnesses 🌸🌱 We still have some of these available over on our website if you’d like one (along with a small restock of our previous designs). We ship them worldwide, if you have any problems at checkout just message or email us and we can fix it for you 🧡 The tapestries are woven from 95% recycled cotton threads by an ethical family weaving mill in the USA. The painting that became our Apothecary Tapestry 🎨🧵 If you'd like one of these, they're only available until April 6th, after that we won't be weaving anymore for the next couple of years 🌸 I don’t know how but it took me around 3 weeks to paint this with my teensy tiny brush haha! 😂 Slowness seems to be a recurring theme in our lives but we hope it was calming to watch the process 💕 This design was inspired by all the medicinal plants that our ancestors healed with for thousands of generations before modern civilisation came about. From life in a cage to life on the road exploring the mountains 🐾🌿 Fun fact about our little rescue poodle Lufie- she’s afraid of houses! So it’s very fitting that she now lives in a van. When we picked her up she had never been out for a walk, her cage was her whole world, so you can imagine she was pretty freaked out at first by all the places we travel to, but slowly she learnt that it’s quite fun out here in the wild world 🌍 Our hobbit home is pretty tiny but just big enough for the 3 of us, and not to brag but the garden is pretty epic! This canyon has to be one of the most beautiful views we have camped at in our 7 years of roadtripping and Lufie seemed to agree 🚌💕 Btw on the bed is our Meadowbloom tapestry which is available to pre-order on our website along with our other tapestries only until Oct 5th 🤗🪡🌸

Where would you park your home if it had wheels? 🚌🌿 7 years ago when we first started vanlife we met hippies who had been living in their vans for years already and we felt so intimidated by their scruffy confidence and how comfortable they were in nature. We wanted to be just like them but we felt like imposters back when we were so new to the lifestyle 🚌🌿 And somehow now 7 years of nomadic living have passed by and we find ourselves meeting newbie vanlifers in their first couple weeks of life on the road- wide eyed and a little frazzled by the lifestyle shift but brimming with excitement for the unpredictable adventures that each new day brings 💕 #hippie #vanconversion #flowerpower #lifeontheroad #whimsical

It’s not often we find a golden wild camping spot but this vanlife lake in Norway is defintely one ✨🚌🌿(there’s also nearby toilets AND bins- what a luxury!💅) It would be such a dream to live off grid in one of the turf roof cabins here but we were learning about the history and folklore in this area and it turns out this lake more prone to avalanches than anywhere else in the country! 😱 In the last century there were 2 enormous rock falls from the steep mountains that crashed into the lake causing terrifying 80m high tidal waves that completely destroyed the local villages and unfortunately took dozens of lives 💔🗻 Its always easy to romanticise a place that looks as whimsical and storybook as this, 🧚 but it’s important to remember that theres always a risk living in the mountains… The question we have to figure out is, is it worth it for us?
