Last time, we shared the story behind Chef Brendan Alvarez. The family traditions, the cultures that shaped him, and the passion that inspires every dish. Today, we step inside his kitchen. Because great cooking isn’t just about recipes—it’s about intention. Every cut, every ingredient, every detail reflects the same philosophy Brendan learned from the very beginning: cook from scratch, cook with purpose, and cook as if you’re serving your own family. That’s the difference you’ll taste in every bite. 📍200 Anastasia Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080 #OddBirds #StAugustine #FromScratch #FoodWithPurpose #StayOdd
