Drake and Don Toliver already got perfect chemistry 😮‍💨🔥 Drake and Don Toliver previewed this new song during FOMO, interpolating Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” while sampling Bun B’s Houston classic “Get Throwed.” Instead of using the original country production, they completely reworked it into their own sound. There’s no official title or release date yet. “Get Throwed” is the same Bun B song Drake sampled on “N 2 Deep” with Future back in 2021. That connection explains why this one has that familiar N 2 Deep feel despite being tied to “Choosin’ Texas.” Ella’s original “Choosin’ Texas” is currently sitting at # 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, 46 weeks into its run on the chart. Drake had already previewed his own rework of the song before FOMO, but the film revealed Don Toliver on the new version as well. #drake #dontoliver #newsong #shortfilm #viral

Ain’t no way Kirk Franklin flipped this Shawty Lo classic into a Gospel song with GloRilla 😭🔥🔥 Song: This Time - Kirk Franklin ft. GloRilla 🎥: @Joe and Jada Kirk Franklin just premiered his new song “This Time” featuring GloRilla during his appearance with Fat Joe and Jadakiss on Joe and Jada. The song flips the Shawty Lo’s Atlanta classic “Dey Know” and turns it into a Gospel anthem, with Kirk announcing that “This Time” drops Friday. “Dey Know” was Shawty Lo’s breakout solo song after his run with D4L, dropping in 2007 before his Units in the City album. It became his biggest solo Hot 100 hit, reaching No. 31 while peaking at No. 8 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and No. 3 on Hot Rap Songs. The song became an Atlanta staple and later got an official remix with Ludacris, Young Jeezy, Plies and Lil Wayne. This isn’t Kirk and GloRilla’s first time bringing rap and Gospel together, with Kirk appearing alongside Maverick City Music, Kierra Sheard and Chandler Moore on GloRilla’s “RAIN DOWN ON ME” from GLORIOUS, which went No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Gospel Songs chart and won the Dr. Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award at the 2025 BET Awards. #kirkfranklin #glorilla #gospel #new #fyp

Kanye comes back to his old neighborhood in Chicago to unveil “Dr. Donda West Way,” a street named in honor of his late mother 🕊️❤️ 🎥: @abc7chicago Kanye returned to Chicago’s South Shore today for the honorary naming of part of 78th Street as Dr. Donda West Way. During the ceremony, Ye stepped in to unveil the sign himself after the speaker started to say it was his privilege to reveal it, then handed the moment over to Donda’s son. Donda spent more than two decades teaching at Chicago State University, chaired its English Department and founded the Gwendolyn Brooks Center for Black Literature and Creative Writing, which still operates at the university today. CSU professor Dr. Garrard McClendon was the one who nominated her for the street honor. The ceremony brought some of Ye and Donda’s longtime Chicago circle back together with Rhymefest and GLC both speaking at the ceremony, alongside local officials, as Donda’s name was permanently added to the South Shore neighborhood where she and Ye lived before his career took off 🕊️❤️ #kanyewest #mom #chicago #fyp #street

Wallo really had Gillie CRYING LAUGHING whoopin everybody in his “Lokwondo” and “Jail Jitsu” class for 30 mins straight 😭😭😭 Y’all trusting Wallo to teach you self-defense? ⤵️ 🎥: @Million Dollaz Million Dollaz Worth of Game turned Episode 397 into “LOKWONDO’S DOJO,” with Wallo teaching Gillie, Jojo, Ruff & Sweet his own “Lokwondo” and “Jail Jitsu.” Gillie tried breaking a board over his head, Jojo got on the nunchucks and Wallo spent the class demonstrating self-defense moves on everybody while Gillie was losing it. For anybody missing the reference, Dragonfly Jones was Martin Lawrence’s martial arts character on Martin who carried himself like a legendary sensei despite Kenji regularly beating him up. Wallo’s version actually comes from Karate Earl. Million Dollaz Worth of Game visited Earl’s dojo just last month during their “North Philly Special” episode. #jokes #selfdefense #fyp #viral #foryou

“Domani want us to leave y’all, party pooper” ain’t no way T.I. sent Domani’s family out to a fancy restaurant so he could shoot a video and throw a party at his house 😂😭 🎥: @TIP /IG / Royal Absurdities On Episode 2 of Royal Absurdities, after T.I. said he needed somewhere to shoot a video, Tip called Domani’s girl and offered to send her and the kids out for one of Atlanta’s finest dining experiences on him, then pulled up to Domani’s house with a whole party. When Domani came home and started telling everybody to leave, Tip started calling him a “party pooper” in front of everybody and basically hit him with the reverse uno for what he did years ago 😂 The episode is titled Tiny’s Defiance & Tip’s Vendetta and is part of T.I. and Tiny’s new Royal Absurdities family series on YouTube. It brings the Harris family back into that reality style format years after T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, which originally ran for six seasons on VH1. #tip #family #funny #jokes #viral

They really used the verse Nip removed for Kendrick on Dedication for the Snowfall spinoff theme song 😤🏁🔥 🎥: @FX Networks Song: LA Theme Song - Nipsey Hussle Nipsey Hussle’s previously unreleased verse is now the official theme for The Drop: A Snowfall Saga. The verse was originally recorded for “Dedication” from Victory Lap, but was taken off when Kendrick Lamar was brought onto the song. Eight years later, it became the centerpiece of “LA Theme Song” for the new Snowfall spinoff. Jason Martin, formerly known as Problem, said they reached out to Nipsey’s brother Blacc Sam about using his voice for the theme, and Sam gave them his blessing, with Snowfall being a favorite show of theirs. The Drop picks up the Snowfall world in 1990s Los Angeles with Wanda and Leon returning as West Coast rap begins taking over. Gail Bean and Isaiah John reprise their roles, while Buddy, Symba, Asante Blackk and Peyton Alex Smith join the story. With the whole series built around LA and the rise of West Coast Hip-Hop, bringing Nipsey into the official theme makes the connection full circle The Marathon Continues 🏁 #thedrop #snowfall #nipseyhussle #LA #viral
