LIVE on South Street to bring you this very important game day coverage: the Buffalo Chicken Spud is back in the lineup this weekend. Braised buffalo chicken, cheese, house ranch, carrots, celery + scallions. Gluten free. The ruling on the field is IT’S LOADED. 🥔 And with the Birds playing in the UK this Sunday, it felt right to bring this special back again because you know what else comes from the UK? Us! Well… sorta. Mod Spuds was inspired by Chef Ange’s time studying in Scotland where jacket potatoes were, and still are, all the rage. She took that classic UK comfort food back to Philly and made it her own, loading up our spuds with flavors from around the world. Buffalo Chicken Spud = the perfect UK x USA collab. 🤝 So while the Birds represent Philly in the UK, we’ll be over here representing the UK in Philly. Buffalo Chicken Spud is available today through this Sunday. Dine in, take out, pre-order on modspuds.com, or delivery on Uber Eats. GO BIRDS. 🦅 #modspuds #birdsgame #eaglesspecials #phillyfood #buffalochicken
