Ya’ll getting real dumb w/ your Cover Charges. Charging $20 at the door, when the bar closes in 40 minutes is C R A Z Y W O R K. No thank you. Your bar was half empty. Your bar could make more money if you said “$5 cover charge - last hour of the night, bar open” (customers, drinks bought, full place) or if they would’ve said “$10 entrance, $10 for tipping the band” (respect, we like to hear where the money goes & 10 seems reasonable kinda for the end of the night). Communication. Choice of words. Sales Talk. #CoverCharge #SanDiegoBars #DancingOutside #youhatingfromoutsidetheclubyoucantevengetin <-my choice. It’s not about not affording it-even tho it does feel like money down the trash. #Barras @dianita ʚїɞ my girl was putting in work 🗣️
