Meal prep but make it realistic 😌✨ 3 twelve-hour shifts, a fridge clean-out, and enough food to keep me from buying random snacks at work lol After losing 50 lbs, I’m learning that maintaining it doesn’t mean eating perfectly. It’s just finding meals I enjoy, getting my protein in, and packing enough food so I’m not starving halfway through my shift 😭🫶 What do yall like to pack for lunch? #nurse #nursetok #mealprep #healthymeals #work

Some of these aren’t my absolute ults, while a few others come veryyyy close 🤭✨ What’s y’all’s most complimented perfume? 👀 I’m always looking for an excuse to add another one to my collection 🫦 Shout out to my mom! @Sephora @Ulta Beauty @VERSACE @Balmain @Skylar Clean Beauty @leah kateb #PerfumeTok #Perfume #Beauty #perfumetiktok #Fragrance
