Check on your Pastors, Mentors, Counselors, Teachers, and Coaches. THEY GO THROUGH TOO‼️ Sometimes the people encouraging everybody else need encouragement themselves. Don’t get so comfortable receiving that you forget to pour back into them. Even the person holding the umbrella for everybody else gets wet in the storm. ❤️🙏🏽 #BlackDudeWithASpanishName #DoItUGLY #FYP #Community #StrongFriend

When are you going to get tired of starting over EVERY MONDAY? 👀⁉️🤷🏾‍♂️ Stop starting over. START CONTINUING! Had a bad day? Continue. Missed a workout? Continue. Made a mistake? Pray, adjust, and CONTINUE! Stop letting one bad day erase six days of progress. You don’t need another Monday. You need CONSISTENCY! ‼️ #BlackDudeWithASpanishName #DoItUGLY #FYP #TGIM #DontStopKeepGoing

PLEASE don’t do anything for me if I have to hear about it for the rest of my life‼️🤷🏾‍♂️ If you bought me dinner and you’re still bringing it up 10 years later… BRUH, I’LL CASH APP YOU TONIGHT! 😂 If GOD puts it on your heart to bless somebody, bless them and LET IT GO! Because a gift you keep holding over someone’s head isn’t a gift anymore. It’s a DEBT they never agreed to owe! 📌🔥 #BlackDudeWithASpanishName #DoItUGLY #FYP #DontDoNothingForMe #ImGood
