When asked about my dream job, my answer was simple: Getting a job 😂 Approaching junior year, the need for an opportunity became more urgent. If I wanted to secure a software engineer internship, my job preferences needed adjustment, and my technical skills needed improvement. Suddenly, it wasn’t about titles or prestige. It was about opportunity, growth, and paying off those student loans 🥹 I expanded my search to outside of Philadelphia, revised my resume, and continued working on my personal projects. Shout out to Temple Career Center! That first offer letter changed everything, and every role since has been about expanding my skills, my network, and my impact. Experience created leverage 💵 @Temple University #computerscience #softwareengineer #tech

My brother Stephen @Segfaultpng & I had the pleasure of running an API Development workshop at @Temple University’s Annual Hackathon, OwlHacks. It’s refreshing to see bright minds collaborating to deliver a proof of concept in a short time. Hackathons demand constant effort for sure! Happy to present something useful for students to incorporate in their projects! We’ve always wanted to host workshops to increase awareness and accessibility in computer science. So getting a chance to do this with our alma mater gives us a solid foundation to build on. Let us know if your school, bootcamp, or program needs us to host a workshop! #computerscience #softwareengineer #coding #blackintech #workshop
