the after stream crash out is so real 🫠 after a stream, it’s so easy to just crash (literally) and scroll your phone for hours, but having a little wind-down routine makes a huge difference. i like to step away from screens for a bit, grab some water, and stretch—streaming is way more physically draining than people realize. if my brain’s still buzzing, i’ll light a candle, throw on some music, and do something low-energy but cozy, like tidying my desk or playing a chill game off-stream. even just taking 5–10 minutes to breathe and decompress helps your body shift out of “performance mode” so you can actually relax and recover 🙂‍↕️🫶 #twitchstreamer #smallstreamer #smallstreamercommunity #streamingadvice #selfcareforgamers

words still cannot explain how much this means to me. I didn’t think it would be possible to hit this goal, and so to be proved wrong felt overwhelming and amazing all at once. this is what streaming is all about to me, to know that you’re making a positive impact on so many lives, even just a little. i still can’t believe this happened, but the little queer girl inside my heart is still beaming with pride 🌈 #fundraisermilestone #trevorproject #charitystream #streamerfundraiser #lgbtqsupport #cozystreamer #streamerlife #smallstreamer #smallstreamercommunity #smallstreamersupport #gamergirl #streamertok #twitchcommunity #fyp
