Embodied cosmology doesn’t explore why you are the way you are…. Because it doesn’t matter in your pursuit of the outcome you want. In the end it is an excuse for why you haven’t gotten where you want to be yet. And I’m not invalidating your trauma or the way you feel. All of that is REAL. But what I am discrediting is the way you’re going about it. Focusing on fixing the problem. Adding modalities and supplements. Figuring it all out. Completely in your head. But never actually solving anything. Instead of circling the problem, adding more labels. Together we 1. Become aware 2. Shift the focus 3. Take the action 4. Pursue the feeling. It gets to be so much more pleasurable and enjoyable and free. I promise. When you trust your body and mind to do the healing when you pick up living. #embodiedcosmology #fasciaasidentity #femininemagnetism #selfaccountability #identityshifting
