In complete contrast to my appointment with my GP, today I had a postpartum MOT with a physio to check out my recovery post csection before I return to exercise classes. I feel sooo much better now I’ve had my muscles all checked but as I still have an open wound I need to be careful what I’m doing. Let me know if you want to see the exercise routine my physio has given me for at home focusing on mobility, return of muscle strength and pelvic floor. #postpartum #postpartumrecovery #pregnancytiktok #csection #csectionrecovery #newmom #newmum #momsoftiktok #mumsoftiktok #mumsover30
