When Kees decided to join me at the studio to give the Jive another go, my heart was completely full. 💖 It didn’t always go exactly to plan, especially when we missed our cue in the music! But what I love most about dancing with my son is watching his incredible determination. He wanted to repeat the steps, get them just right, and push through the tricky parts. But even when we were figuring out the rhythm, we were laughing through every single second. This is exactly what I mean when I say movement is a tool for connection. It’s not about giving a flawless, rigid performance; it’s about sharing an experience, building trust, and finding pure joy in the room together.
