WEEKLY-ISH UPDATE. “You’re stronger than you think” 2 wks since my final radiation treatment, which felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulder but due to radiation build up, felt absolutely crappy. Best way to describe it would be BLAH. I did my best to stay active and move my body as much as possible but found I would have to crash on the lounge at the end of the day. Last weekend I did feel like I had turned a corner, the hazel had lifted a little. And each day a little better. Still nil by mouth, so all feeding through my fig, which is absolutely horrible. I find myself longing for a normal meal with friends desperately. But understand it’s the process I have to follow and won’t be long. I’m sending my love to anyone that had reached out that is going through this also or have come out the other end. You’re not alone and so much stronger than you know! Next week I’m going to decide when I’m getting back into the frock. Though will have to design something to cater for my rig while it’s in. I love you all so much!
