I was 15 when I started beauty school. At 18 I started at my first salon job. I lied about how long I did hair because everyone said I looked to young to be doing hair. 14 years later, almost 32 years old & I own a salon. Started from the bottom, climbed my way painfully, and learned a lot of hard lessons to get where I am. So thankful everytime I cried wanting to give up, I didn’t, not because of a parent, not because of a partner, because I didn’t give up. You’re worth taking a chance on yourself. Take up space 🖤
