Posted for awareness. Please be kind. Of course it varies for different people, but this is what I look like post-ictal. I cough and gasp because I inhale saliva and my breathing changes during the seizure. Then I'm super lethargic and the lethargy can last hours and sometimes even carry over into the next day. I was having a lot of trouble walking after this seizure. I'm pretty sure it was triggered by the drop in temperature outside. I like that it's colder now, but unfortunately my FND does not agree. Tiktok please do not censor or remove this video.
