My favorite body-care brand for mature skin: OSEA 🤍 At 56, I need all the moisture I can get — and I’ve learned that good body care starts long before the final lotion or oil goes on. I start in the shower with exfoliation to help remove dry, dull skin and prep my body to actually absorb the products I use next. Then I layer in the moisture. In this video, I’m showing you the exact OSEA products I use in between — and I always finish with body oil to help seal everything in. That final step makes such a difference for me, especially as my skin has gotten drier with age. If your skin feels dry, tight or just isn’t holding onto moisture the way it used to, layering your body care instead of relying on one lotion can be a game changer. OSEA has become one of my absolute favorites for keeping my skin soft, hydrated and glowing. I’ll show you exactly what I use from shower to final oil. ✨ #OSEA #MatureSkin #BodyCareOver50 #SkincareOver50 #DrySkin

If this happens to you, you are definitely not imagining it. Sometimes your gut reacts to a change in environment, movement, routine, food, caffeine, stress, or even just the act of getting up and going somewhere. Your colon is constantly responding to signals from your brain, nervous system and gastrocolic reflex. That means something as simple as: • walking around • eating before you leave • drinking coffee • feeling rushed • being in a stimulating environment • suddenly relaxing once you’re out of the house …can trigger a bowel movement. And for some people, certain places seem to become a pattern. Once your brain starts associating a particular environment with “time to go,” the urge can feel surprisingly predictable. It doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong. But if you’re having frequent urgency, accidents, diarrhea, pain, or a major change in your bowel habits, that’s worth paying attention to. Try this: notice the pattern. Does it happen after coffee? After breakfast? Only when you’re walking around? Only when you leave the house? Your timing can give you a lot of information about what is triggering your gut. And yes… sometimes your colon really does seem to wait until you’re halfway through Target. Save this if your gut has terrible timing — and follow for the embarrassing gut-health questions nobody wants to ask.

I often use the metaphor of climate change in the gut because it helps people understand something important: When you change the environment, you should expect other things to change too. Take proton pump inhibitors like Nexium. You may have been told you have “too much stomach acid,” so you take something to suppress that acid. But stomach acid isn’t there by accident. It plays an important role in digestion and in the environment of your entire GI tract. Change that internal climate, and you may start noticing changes downstream. More gas. More belching. Constipation. Bloating. Food that suddenly doesn’t seem to digest the way it used to. And often, people never connect those symptoms back to the change that happened upstream. This is why I don’t approach gut health by simply trying to shut down a symptom. I want to understand why the body is doing what it’s doing and, whenever possible, support normal digestive function. Your gut is an ecosystem. Change one part of the environment, and the effects can ripple throughout the system. If you’re struggling with constipation, bloating, gas, belching, reflux or other digestive symptoms and feel like you’re just chasing one symptom after another, I’m here. Reach out. There may be more to the story.#onthisday
