Before his career in the NFL and Hollywood, @TerryCrews was a dedicated visual artist. Growing up in Michigan, he earned a scholarship to the Interlochen Center for the Arts before receiving an art scholarship to Western Michigan University, where he enrolled before ever joining the football team. His first job in media was working as a courtroom sketch artist for a local news station in Flint. Even during his professional football days, he painted portraits of his teammates to support his family. Today, fine art, illustration, and design remain a major part of his creative work. Turkish ceramic artist Pinar (@Pinpottery ) builds modern, functional stoneware defined by sharp geometric cuts and architectural lines. 🫖 She combines traditional wheel-throwing with precise hand-carving techniques. She shapes raw clay into custom teapots, angular espresso cups, and faceted mugs, manually trimming every sharp edge and facet while the clay is leather-hard. Once fully dried, each piece receives custom glazes before going into the kiln for high-temperature firing. ☕ Her hands-on process blends clean contemporary design with traditional stoneware craft, creating durable everyday art for your kitchen. 🏺 Save this post to inspire your next creative project, and send it to someone who appreciates handmade ceramics!
