BADDIES Bella & Muzzy with a HUGE dark cinnamon boar bear all on their own! These are our 2 veteran females (Bella 10 & Muzzy almost 8) and they worked perfectly together, showing off their specific strengths! It was pretty warm and sunny, but Bella cold trailed him out like she was looking at him. Muzz could smell it but wouldn’t open until the track was warmer, and by then I didn’t have time to send in the young female I was walking (as late in the day as it was, we weren’t trying to fool with overly cold tracks, which Bella will stay on until she finds it or you call her off). Once it was jumped, they ran him down a canyon and straight up the other side. Muzzy pulled out in front of Bella some for a piece, then started slowing down, walking him. Not surprisingly, a few minutes of walking with her, he decided it was in his best interest to climb! Bella caught up soon after and fell treed as well. They held him for a long time while Andrew climbed 3 miles through rock faces, ledges, and steeeeep mountains to get there. I was on my way behind him but he told me on the radio not to even try because of how rough it was. Great teamwork between these 2 tough girls, Andrew, myself, and our killer truck boss, Chuck!
