My experience using Best Buy and the geek squad. They don’t allow you to talk to the technician once you drop your computer off even if they called you to ask you a question and you had to get back to them. They sell you something that is obsolete before you even get to use it. I do not recommend them and I will never use them again because what they had me buy even though they had my computer there doesn’t hold everything when they transfer it from the desktop to the laptop and they knew that’s what I needed at a minimum to happen.#bestbuy#geeksquad#terribleservice#theydontcare
