This video features NASA and ESA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Jessica Meir, Chris Williams, Jack Hathaway, and Sophie Adenot speaking about the legacy of the International Space Station and the transition into the Artemis program and future deep space exploration. They reflect on how the ISS has supported over 25 years of scientific research, international cooperation, and preparation for missions beyond low Earth orbit. The astronauts highlight the ongoing shift from ISS operations to lunar exploration through Artemis, and eventually missions to Mars, emphasizing continuity between current space station work and future exploration goals. #ISS #ArtemisProgram #NASA #SpaceExploration #Astronauts

NASA astronaut Jessica Meir demonstrates physics in microgravity on the ISS by using a power drill to spin three different soccer balls. Because there is no gravity or air resistance to mask internal imbalances, the test shows exactly how weight distribution affects a ball's flight. One ball wobbles wildly, another flips and tumbles chaotically, and the perfectly balanced ball spins completely straight—showcasing the precise engineering required for professional match balls. #iss #space #physics #nasa #soccer
