Nobody gave me the handbook when I started the gym 😭 two years of figuring this out the hard way so you don’t have to. Save this. Send it to a friend who’s just starting their gym / fitness journey. #primactive #gymtips

Replying to @neah055 The short answer? No. 🙅🏾‍♀️ No magic pills, no fat burners, and absolutely no supplements or waist trainers . I think the fitness industry has completely tricked people into believing you need a cupboard full of powders to see results. Look at the plates! I don't follow a restrictive diet, I don't track every single calorie, and I definitely don't cut out my favourite cultural dishes and yes I go and eat out too. It’s literally just consistency, proper form, and keeping that nutritious not perfect energy on my plate. Real food builds real results, period🥂 If you’re a busy woman who is tired of the diet culture and ready to build a realistic routine that actually fits your lifestyle, my online coaching spaces are open.
