For the very first time, our testers and community members are holding real modue devices in their hands. After months (ok, years…) of prototyping, redesigning, debugging and testing - it’s finally happening. We’re still not calling it “perfect” yet.
There are bugs, there are updates, there’s still a long road ahead.
But seeing modue alive on real desks around the world means everything to us. This moment belongs to everyone who believed in us from the very beginning - backers, supporters, and friends who never stopped cheering us on.
Thank you for helping us build this dream. 💡 Read the full story on blog.modue.com

we went quiet here but we never stopped building 👀 almost 400 modue modules are already out in the wild - testers have been using them daily for 6 months, breaking them, reporting bugs and making this thing a true banger why is it taking so long? hardware + firmware + software. each one has to be done right or none of it works. we're building modue as a platform, not a one-off gadget - and shipping something unfinished? not an option. we hate being treated like that as customers too mass production starts end of September 🏭 first batch is open at modue.com until end of July - then it's waitlist only see you on the production line 🫡 modue = modular control station for gamers & creators. magnetic touchscreens, motorized sliders, knobs & keys - one app, endless layouts. iF Design Award 2026 🏆

Every project is a journey - one that should teach you something. 🎛️ Choosing to support a project at such an early stage, especially one built by a small team of young people, is an extreme act of trust. And that’s exactly what we received from over 1,000 people through Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and now our pre-order phase. For that, we simply want to say thank you. Without you - your support, your shares, your belief, and yes, even the hate comments - we wouldn’t be where we are today. We hope that everyone who decides to join us, support modue, and become part of our community will feel the emotion and the power we’ve poured into creating our first global piece of technology - a better way to control your digital world. It’s not perfect yet, but it’ll be the best we can deliver before it finally reaches your hands. A special thank you to our Testers, who have been incredibly supportive throughout this intense journey of bringing a consumer electronics product to life. And with some of you - we hope to see you at CES in January.

The “long test ride” in one swipe (or few)! 🎛️ a little bit later than planned but already here as well. We’ve spent the last weeks breaking things with our Testers (Backers), fixing them, and learning a lot along the way. The result? A cleaner connection between modules, smoother firmware, more stable plugins, and a big UX cleanup on the horizon (still a lot of things to be done!). Hardware still feels incredible (our Testers confirmed it), but the software/firmware part needed extra love - so we’re giving it exactly that. We’re getting closer to the final “golden sample,” even if the road is taking a bit longer than planned. Every extra week now means a better modue on your desk later - and that’s a trade we’ll take every time. Swipe through the carousel, see what changed, and stay with us on this ride - we’re building something worth the wait. 🥹 #techtok #startup #hardware #gadget #gamer
