🍗🌶️ JERK CHICKEN BOWL — HERE’S HOW TO DO IT! 🌶️🍗 Smoky. Sweet. Creamy. Crispy. Fresh. ALL in one bowl. Let’s build! 👇🔥 🧄 GARLIC AÏOLI 🫙 ½ cup mayo • 🧄 4 garlic cloves minced • 🍋 2 tbsp lime juice • 🍯 1 tbsp honey • 🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp allspice • ¼ tsp cayenne • 🍶 1 tsp apple cider vinegar • 🧂 salt & pepper 👉 Mix, whisk, refrigerate 15 mins. Done. ✅ 🥥 COCONUT JASMINE RICE Cook jasmine rice in coconut milk instead of water. Pinch of salt. That’s it. 🥥 🍍 PINEAPPLE SALSA 1 fresh pineapple diced • ½ red bell pepper • ½ red onion • handful of cilantro • 1 jalapeño seeds & ribs removed • juice of 1 lime • pinch of salt 👉 Toss & let it sit. 🍍✨ 🍌 FRIED PLANTAINS Slice on a diagonal. Fry in beef tallow until golden & slightly crispy. Hit with salt. 😤🍌 🧅 PICKLED RED ONIONS 1 red onion sliced • ½ cup ACV • ½ cup warm water • 1 tsp sugar • 1 tsp salt 👉 Pour over onions. Wait 30 mins.
