BTS from our first major entertainment project. This passion project with @Rotimi is why I decided to relaunch The Extended Plus Network. To be honest, when I walked away from The Extended Plus Network a few years ago, I didn’t know if I would ever return to it. I wasn’t sure if I would ever relaunch the organization or continue pursuing the dream that inspired me to start it in the first place. But then Rotimi reached out to me in the most random supernatural way. His vision and his passion for creating a more inclusive entertainment industry re-energized me. It reminded me why representation matters. Why I started this organization. And why I couldn’t give up on the work that still needs to be done. This project was shot in December of last year, and we are only now beginning to work toward releasing it. And while the journey hasn’t happened exactly as I imagined, I’ve learned something important: A dream delayed is not a dream denied. Since December, The Extended Plus Network has accomplished so much. We’ve grown, we’ve created new opportunities, and we have so many incredible things coming down the pipeline. And I am just so incredibly grateful. Grateful for the people who inspire you to keep going when you’ve considered giving up. Grateful for unexpected collaborations that reignite something inside of you. And grateful that sometimes, the very thing you thought was over is simply waiting for the right moment to begin again. Thank you, Rotimi, for reminding me not to give up on this dream. 🤍 The Extended Plus Network is bringing a new era of Plus Entertainment and we’re just getting started. There is no “perfect” body, no perfect moment, or permission to feel beautiful. Life is happening now and I’m choosing to LIVE it. #PlusSizeAndProud #BodyConfidence #BodyLove #PlusSizeTravel #SelfLove LiveYourLife
