meet my dubia roaches. 😆 they are the size of my pinky nail. they cannot fly, cannot climb up smooth surfaces, they do not make noise or smell. i don't give them a fun setup anymore because i don't want them to thrive and grow, or they get too big to use as food for my gecko. easiest feeder insect ever. people hear "roach" and only think of giant german cockroaches that are literal vermon. these are more like rolly pollies. 😝 they are captive-bred, so they do not carry parasites (or the likelihood is very slim). i had a dream once where i ate one. i have not eaten one. i don't see the appeal. but if you pay me $1k i will eat one for you. times are tough. DM me. [VD: A 19-second video of a various clips of Arc's dubia roaches. The bin is clear and houses various cut up egg cartons and fresh apple slices, with tens of tiny brown rolly-pollie-looking bugs eating. Title text on screen reads, "the food is eating". End text. End video.] Tags: #dubiaroaches #dubias #dubiaroach #feederinsects #leopardgeckocare
