Some people leave work at the shop… AK just brings the shop to the kitchen table. 😂 This is what the process looks like before a single piece of steel gets cut. Every custom build starts with sketches, ideas, and a lot of conversations. Tonight’s topic? Our newest custom Santa Maria Grill that’s headed all the way to Florida. AK and his dad are going back and forth over every little detail, looking for ways to make this grill even better. Different mechanisms, custom features, small improvements… it’s all part of making sure the finished product works exactly the way the customer wants it to. Dinner can wait… apparently smoker and grill design can’t. 😅 I don’t think I’ve ever seen these two run out of things to talk about when it comes to building. At the end of the video, AK mentions one feature he’s still not sure about. We’d love your input. What would you add to your dream Santa Maria Grill? Let us know in the comments—you might just influence the final design. #AKDesigned #SantaMariaGrill #CustomGrill #CustomFabrication #GrillBuilder :::

The camera crew failed… because the brisket disappeared too fast. 😂🔥 We didn’t get nearly enough footage, but trust us… this thing was incredible. We had some friends over to judge it, and they didn’t hold back. They critiqued our slicing technique, gave us plenty of advice, and at one point hit us with, “It’s your journey.” 🤣 Fair enough. Every brisket teaches you something, and this one tasted way better than our camera roll makes it look. Next cook: more filming, less eating. (We’ll try. 😅) #Brisket #BBQ #OffsetSmoker #ColoradoBBQ #AKDesigned

AK doesn’t love being on camera… but he did agree to tell everyone to check out the website. That alone is worth watching. 😂🔥www.AKDesigned.com #AKDesigned #C#CustomSmokerS#SantaMariaGrillW#WeldingLifeColoradoMade
