This is my second time at the Fletcha brunch because it’s just so ridiculous.  They have, and this is not a comprehensive list: eggs benedict, sunrise burrito, chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, pancakes, chicken tortas, a cotton candy bar, a huge dessert bar, a taco bar, seafood, sliders, a kids section with mac and cheese and nuggies. I have long gone here for sandwiches and their breakfast burrito, too, and thought the sandwiches were some of the best you can get. But then we thought…let’s do something crazy. They are now…home of the 5 pound sandwich. So large and absolutely stacked that it needs an extra piece of bread. $75 if you’re going to just come and get it. YOU get $100 if you can finish it in 10 minutes. Yep, an eating challenge. The chicken caesar wrap for $13.99 has gone viral before because it’s so good and well priced. Their Fugeddabouit has: Fire roasted chicken thigh, sun dried tomatoes, Asiago Cheese, house-made red pesto mayo, garlic aioli on Telera Bread. It’s excellent. It’s the longest continually running business in Orange, which is also very cool, and they have deli products you can grab as well as an assortment of local goods. They very recently opened, and the inside is absolutely beautiful. We got the cali double smash burger $15 (really huge portion for this price) Enchiladas de camarón $26 Chile verde nachos $19 super loaded really loved these A sampler of their different meats, pasta, and more. This spot has live music and even a waterfall outside, and the most beautiful bar where they’ll serve you up pretty drinks. Seriously an absolute vibe in here with good food to match. First of all, their ramen is the star of the show. They have these machines that can scan any of the ramen that they have available on the shelf, then all you have to do is set it and wait. It’ll prepare it for you, then you add your toppings to the ramen and take it in their to-go containers. Kinda wild. Next, they’re stocking the things that you can usually only get at the HB farmers market, but they have it all day long. They stock Defalco italian foods, something locals may recognize, Pampas empanadas, shaku maku dips, chapman crafted coffee, and more. They don’t want this to be just a convenience store, but more like a family shopping experience. And they have a lot of the raw ingredients and spices used at Masala Waves, too. They also have snow crab legs, butter baked whole crab, creamy walnut shrimp, grilled oysters, fresh nigiri, fresh sashimi (you can see them making this in front of you). Pork ribs, chow mein, dessert. They previously had their nearest location to OC in City of Industry but recently opened Rancho. There is a reason they have a line out the door when it opens. Punjabi Tandoor - 327 S Anaheim Blvd A, Anaheim, CA 92805 Best Indian food in Anaheim, definitely some of the best Indian food hands down. What I find super impressive about this spot is they make everything completely from scratch. Their bread, their sauce, their spice mixes, their samosas, all the the things. And you can TELL. This food is sooo good. Garlic naan is made fresh and ready on the spot. The mushroom masala was bomb. I would go back for that alone. Chicken tandoori was also perfect and they of course make it in the clay oven. (I got the tandoori mix for $21.99). Malai kofta was fresh and creamy as well. Their lunch specials start at $14.99 for 2 veggie dishes, rice, naan, raita or kheer - which would definitely fill you all up. We tried a little of everything: Spicy beef mapo tofu Signature Sichuan crispy chicken Sichuan cold noodles Orange chicken Cucumber salad Xiao long bao The mapo tofu had that subtle numbing spice you’d expect, and it was silky smooth with strong, delicious flavor. Orange chicken was 10/10 perfect crisp and citrusy sauce. Cold noodles had a great peanut flavor. Bao did not disappoint, nice and juicy. I have been there quite a few times for brunch, dinner, lunch, etc. They are always making great seasonal items, and they make a mean steak - filet mignon, tomahawk, etc.  They also have top notch bartenders that can make you one of their signature cocktails, or whatever you’re feeling. They have a shrimp pho burger, braised short rib, and shrimp and lobster linguine that I recommend.
