I got up and "made" dinner! A win is a win 😅 Today has honestly been so much better! Still surging but the numbers are coming down when I do, and the surges are less frequent. Hoping for more better days! Yesterday I had a morning surge, 3 surges during the day, a small crash and then a major crash. So far today all I had was the morning surge! And no I did not unload the dishwasher, the up and down would wipe me out 😅 #potsiemom #hyperadrenergicpots #bydevvy

I've convinced myself its hyperpots with medical anxiety/ptsd, but we'll have to wait for the blood and urine tests to know for sure. The last few days have been intense. Another ER visit, strange symptoms, and just overwhelming unwelcome adrenaline. I've barely been functional. Today's been a good day, but I have no clue what tomorrow holds.
