pt. 1 — journaling has been a major tool throughout my healing & spiritual journey. i started journaling about 7 years ago and it really transformed how i processed all the good & bad that transpired in my life. a way to release and reflect! i highly recommend journaling to everyone. it gives you the space to reflect, realign, and release. happy journaling! 💞✨🪷 #journaling #journalingideas #healing #gratitude #journalprompts

it’s grooming day for mr. marlow man!! 💙 — he was long overdue for a groom so it was an exciting day (mostly for me 😂) i love seeing his transformation! i tried out a new grooming salon in the concord area thanks to a fellow poodle mama 🐩 and @Darlin Doggies did NOT disappoint. from the time that i made the appointment over the phone, to the time we left after, they were super helpful and communicative! crystal did marlow’s grooming and she did exactly what i was wanting — on our very first visit. ✨ something that initially stood out to me is that they are a cage free grooming salon so they’re not stuck in a crate at all during their grooming appointment! he got to play with other dogs and explore 💙 thank you darlin’ doggies for getting my boy fresh & clean 🧼 🫶🏼 #charlottegroomer #concordgroomer #bernedoodle #bernedoodles #bernedoodlehaircut
