Sometimes, being the only one in the family willing to see the truth feels isolating. When everyone else clings to a false reality or enables dysfunction, it’s easy to feel like the outsider or even the villain. But let me remind you: there’s nothing wrong with you—there’s something right with you. Healthy people aren’t afraid to face the truth, even if it costs them comfort, approval, or connection. It’s not easy to be the one who says, “This isn’t okay.” But that’s what courage looks like. That’s what real healing starts with. So if you’re feeling lonely in your truth, hold onto this: You’re not broken. You’re brave. You’re a light in the dark. And no matter what others say, you’re choosing freedom over the false comfort of denial.

Look at all that you’ve accomplished while using.. now imagine what your life could look like if you learned how to put that sh*t down. Now I know what your natural automatic response probably is. You’re already making excuses in your head, “it’s really not that bad”, “at least I never got a DUI,” “I only do it on the weekends”… I know them all, trust me. 😂 Been there. And please don’t assume that self-sabotage and abandonment is limited to drugs and alcohol. Using other forms of escapism such as pornography, sugar, sex, social media etc. etc., it’s all the same. And it’s limiting you. But guess what! You’re in luck. My application form is back open and I’m taking on a select few people who I believe have what it takes to step out of survival and into alignment with who they were always meant to be before the trauma happened. If you believe you have what it takes and you’re ready to stop self-sabotaging so you can finally unlock your FULL potential, comment “UNLOCK” below. Can’t wait to hear from you! #recoverycoach #selfsabotage #addictionrecovery #substanceabuse #addictionsupport
