EVERYONE is just using Seedance, but here are my SECRET TOP 5 AI tools that only a few know about… When I started a few years ago, I spent way too much money testing different tools because I wanted to understand what is good for which specific problem. And I found out: there is not one single magical tool that solves everything. (Even though Seedance is really good tbh) That’s why it’s important to have a good variety of tools in your AI toolbox. I really love every single tool I show in this video. But in the end, tools are going to stay tools. They can help us move faster and try out more ideas, but they don’t make the work matter by themselfs. What we need more than anything is soul in the work we make. A feeling, a point of view, something human that stays.
There are no bad ideas! #aifilmmaking #filmmaking #ai
AI ideas are SLOP! And the reason is: they aren't coming from you and your experiences. The trick is to guide AI (Claude or ChatGPT) with YOUR input. If you just ask, "Hey ChatGPT, create 20 awesome ideas for my next film," they will all feel very generic and boring, because of the input. If instead you write something like, "There's this story about my grandma: one summer she said, 'This summer I haven't been stung by a wasp,' and then she leaned back in her chair, but there was a wasp, and she got stung by it. Create 20 ideas based on this story," that would be a much better input. But the ideas you get are still just brainstorming thoughts! Use them if you want. Sometimes there's something in there that's already awesome, but most of the time you need to work on it yourself. The more the final video is influenced by you, the better it gets, because it will feel less generic!
Imagine ads would be like this in the future!! 🔥🔥🔥 @invideo • Your Power to Play
How to come up with good ideas? Here is my process (maybe it helps you) … Having good ideas is easy! Selecting the good ones is hard! I have ideas constantly, 5–10 film ideas per day, I would say. But 99% of these ideas are super dumb, make no sense, don’t really touch me personally or are just impossible to make. But it’s super important to not immediately limit yourself when trying to come up with a good idea. I made a full YouTube video on this (link in the comments) where I go in depth and talk about how I came up with ideas for the contests I recently won. But the most important advice I can give is: Make it personal, make it yours! Claude and ChatGPT are not really helping, as they might come up with great ideas, but they are not yours, they are not personal and that’s why they feel generic. In all of my work, I put something from my experience, my life, into it and that’s what makes it special (at least for me). Because even if everyone hates my ideas or the scripts or the films that I create, it’s coming from me. And in a world where everyone just uses Claude to come up with ideas, a truly personal story beats all the crazy polished action scenes in the world. (Just my two cents) What about you? What’s your process? Would love to hear your thoughts in the comments! Check out the YT video (link in the comments)
Ad/ @invideo • Your Power to Play I made this video with A.I. with just one prompt in 2 Seconds without any effort for 1,75 USD on my microwave ... ...is what some people are telling you and its NOT true (if you care about what you create). Even though invideo Agent Two is REALLY powerful and helped me creating this sequel to my original "Dieter" film, its not the magical tool that can create exactly what you envisioned on its own! This video is sponsored by invideo though, but i am allowed to create & write what I want so these are my honest thoughts! The thing is: I write my script first. Of course i brainstorm together with claude, Gemini and ChatGPT but the initial beats always come from me. I also always have my base prompt, my creative direction (how does Dieter look, whats the camera language, whats the lighting etc.) and then it all come together in the editing , that i ALWAYS do myself, as comedy is alot about timing and the right images at the right time. But everything in between, the brainstorming with the images, the development of the scenes, testing out different beats, all of that is possible with invideo agent two. It really helped me to be faster in iteration. Also its context is amazing, as it will always remember my base prompts, references etc. I made a YouTube Video about my full process (will link it in the first comment) and here are the hard facts: - made with invideo Agent two - Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 - Base image edit with GPT2 - Edited in Resolve - Credits spend: roughly 300 USD (without the credits that i spent for testing) Have you tried agents ? Let me know your thoughts about it!!
Ad/invideo Should this be the official national Ad for Germany?! I dont use Character Sheets and here is why (might surprise you)... For transparency: this video is sponsored by invideo but they gave me full creative freedom to do whatever I want! I had this idea a loooong time ago. Just having fun with the models and invideo agent one ;D Most people use character sheets to lock in the character. But there is a HUGE downside of it! With a character sheet you are forced to use Multi Ref Mode in Seedance which is the worst of the different seedance modes. You can use seedance with 3 Modes: - Text -> Video - Start / Endframe -> Video - Multiref -> Video The best Mode is text2video, and the second best is if you ONLY use a start frame (no endframe) is img2video. Its significantly better in almost everything (Prompt Following, Fidelity, Quality etc.) Thats why I mostly use just one Baseimage where I try to put in everything I need for the generation (character, location, lighting, camera, props). From there I work with multishot Prompts. To streamline this process, I use Agent One + that base frame + my base prompt + my full voiceover script as context. From there it already understands lighting, wardrobe, location and style, so every new scene I describe stays consistent automatically. I know this sounds very complex but its not! Check out the FULL breakdown on my YouTube Channel. Do you use Character Sheets? Does it help you in your process? Thanks Ben Chimoy for helping me with this 🔥

What if the iPhone came from Germany? 📱 Meet the iHandy: 2 kg of solid German steel, TÜV-certified, and you can only activate it with an appointment at the Bürgeramt (next free slot: 11 weeks). The camera blurs everything for your privacy, the assistant Sieglinde refuses to tell jokes, and it only works with cash. Closed on Sundays, obviously. 😐 Which German feature did we forget? Why do Germans wear socks with sandals? 🧦 Science finally has the answer. It's not a fashion crime. It's German engineering. Follow if you wanna learn how to create films like this! It’s all made with AI. Spotify just made a HUGE mistake! Here is my workflow for creating photorealistic people that feel real in a documentary... But first: If you're an AI filmmaker, I would love to connect! Follow me, comment, and DM me if you like 🙂 I made this film because I was amazed by the new logo that just popped up on my screen today. I saw it in between all the other app icons on my phone and thought: Why do all of these icons look the same? Logos in general are starting to look kind of similar... I wish every brand had a really unique logo tbh. But well, that's another discussion! Here is a simple trick I use very often in my videos to create photorealistic characters: I create them using the good old text-to-video technique. I work without any start frame in Sora 2 (not Pro) and tell it to randomly create some characters (I guide it a little bit with age, etc.). Then I generate a 20-second video with multiple characters and pick the ones I like. If necessary, I tweak them a bit in Nano Banana and upscale. Then I use these characters in Kling to create the videos. I think you can still tell the characters are AI, but I'm REALLY looking forward to Veo 4 — I hope they'll fix this audio issue. I would love to hear your take on this! Regarding logos AND AI voices. Save this video for later!
Drop your guess in the comments before the reveal! I mixed real photos I took with my camera with AI to fake a documentary. #aifilmmaking #filmmakingtips #tutorials
