Welcome to the D4 S.M.A.R.T Tutoring Program! Tutoring sessions has begun, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 4pm - 7pm at the Sunkist Grove Community Center. Not only as your district 4 Councilman but also as an educator of 14 years with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, I want to reflect on the journey and the unwavering commitment we have towards this innovative initiative. Education is a cornerstone of any community’s growth and development. It’s the tool that empowers individuals to reach their full potential. As educators, we must continue to fight for the rights of our community to receive a fair and equal education. We’ve seen progress over the years, but challenges persist. It’s our duty to overcome these challenges and create opportunities for the students who deserve nothing less than the best education. With your collective efforts, we can work together to make a positive impact in the lives of countless students, providing them with resources, support, and advocacy to help them succeed. Our work is far from finished. We must persist in advocating for educational equity, fair treatment, and opportunities for every student. We will continue to strive for a brighter future where every child has the chance to fulfill their dreams through education. Together, we will continue to be a beacon of hope for the students showing that education is the path to a brighter future. #weareinittogetherinD4 #Get2NoMi #tutoring #education #math #reading #act #sat #best #reels #councilman #district4 #cityofnorthmiami #government #nomi #publicservice #mayorandcouncil #fyp #explorepage #explore
