I'm in my strongest era yet, and having my own @Your Reformer at home means I can build that on my own time, without ever leaving the house - no commute, no class times, no excuses. I haven't done a workout challenge in forever, so I'm beyond excited for the 28-day Your Reformer x Andrea Speir Rise + Build challenge. Every week is different, but the movements build on each other, so staying motivated feels almost effortless. And the challenge comes with a nutrition guide built in, so there's zero guessing on food or workouts - it's all mapped out for you sister. So, let's get snatched together. The challenge officially starts 9/7 and I can't wait to get started. #YourReformerPartner #YourReformerChallenge #momlife #pilateslovers
