Beamish Museum Horticultural Show today! Some of the incredible entries... 🤩 I met so many wonderful people today. Beamish is a special place!

I recently came back from a brilliant trip to the Isle of Man and I thought I should make something suitably Manx as a bit of a memento. 🇮🇲 I used some lovely Manx Loughtan yarn from World of wool, in all its natural glory. I love adding crochet details to knits and this little motorbike design from Kerri's Crochet was so perfect! One of many fantastic tutorials she has on YouTube. When not caught up in the racing action, we went to the beautiful village of Laxey. We went there using the electric railway and visited the impressive Laxey wheel, as well as the woollen mill and tartan shop. We did go to the top of Snaefell... but could only see 1 of the 7 kingdoms due to fog 😂 I also learned about the legend of the Moddey Dhoo . So Brillo has earned himself a new nickname! 👻 #Isleofman #visitisleofman #manxgp #isleofmantt
