Inspired by @ildraws / isabel 💫amazing artwork 🤍 Septa Maegelle, born Maegelle Targaryen, was the sixth born child of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen and Queen Alysanne Targaryen. As a girl, Princess Maegelle was gentle, quiet, studious, and exceedingly bright. She was said to read from the Seven-Pointed Star every night before sleep, and was eager to take the vows of a septa. She was known for her compassion, and her gift for healing. As a child, Maegelle attached herself to her elder sister, Princess Alyssa, much as Alyssa herself had done to Prince Baelon when she was younger. Alyssa did the best she could to evade Maegelle, bristling at “the baby” at her skirts. Later, Maegelle was the “guiding star” of her younger sister, Daella. In 73 AC, at the age of ten, Maegelle was promised to the Faith of the Seven as a novice, which Queen Alysanne announced was in thanks for the Mother blessing her with many children. Maegelle eventually became a septa. When Queen Alysanne was having a difficult time finding a husband for Princess Daella, Maegelle told her mother that the Faith would not want Daella because of her illiteracy, as she could not read her prayers. @HBO @HBO Max @Game of Thrones @HBO Max Türkiye #targaryen #maegelletargaryen #got #asoiaf #houseofthedragon
